Marketing & Public Relations
The role of the Marketing & Public Relations Department is to liaise with the ICF membership, key construction industry organisations and the general public to promote concrete industry products and construction methods.
The Department is responsible for the Concrete Homes are Better Built Homes® campaign, which aims to communicate the many advantages of masonry construction over alternative forms of construction.
The ICF marketing department actively participates in trade shows and building exhibitions throughout the country and from time to time hosts industry events and information evenings on a regional basis, to deal with new developments or proposed changes to the Building & Fire Regulations. The Department also carries out market research and produces informational brochures to advise both the public and the construction industry on the implications for masonry construction of changes to legislation.
